Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosingus. We strive to provide high-quality design services that align with your vision. Because we provide custom digital services and creative intellectual property, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Project Cancellation

  • Before Work Starts: If you cancel your order before any design work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund (100%), minus any third-party transaction or processing fees.
  • After Work Starts: Once the research, brainstorming, or sketching phase has begun, the initial deposit or a portion of the payment is non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your project slot. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time allocated to your project and the initial creative work performed.

3. Revision Process

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our standard packages include 3 rounds of revisions.

  • Requests for refunds based on “change of mind” or “creative differences” after the first draft has been delivered will not be accepted.
  • Clients are encouraged to use the revision process to achieve their desired outcome.

4. Final Delivery

  • Once the final high-resolution files, master files (AI, PSD, etc.), or print-ready assets have been delivered or downloaded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Approval of the final design constitutes your acceptance of the work as complete and satisfactory.

5. Service Delays

Refunds may be considered if we fails to deliver the initial draft within the agreed-upon timeframe without prior notification or a valid emergency.
